ITSASMENDI ARTIZAR This product was born in 2010 with the intention of highlighting the small wine-growing details that occur in the peculiar wine-growing model of Itsasmendi.
The originality of this product lies in having the necessary freedom to trace its own trail each vintage and that, like a lucky star, it shines with its own light. It is about opening a path for small corners and viticultural details that are sometimes imperceptible in larger productions and whose knowledge is the result of experience, research and the natural variables that occur each year, which can be expressed in all their magnitude. A free style Txakoli that aims to reflect the concept of a GRAN CRU.

TASTING NOTES:
Aged for 9 months in 700l barrels. Intense yellow fruit of the ripening of the vintage. Very complex aromas with ripe citrus, subtle white and stone fruit. Herbaceous background with notes of chamomile, interspersed with balsamic that give it great freshness. Elegant floral notes and a finish of great minerality, with a very limestone character at the end of the mouth. Good entry, fresh and round mid-palate, also perceiving a touch of almonds and yellow flowers.
A great Atlantic txakoli for which we predict an interesting journey in the bottle full of different nuances in its evolution.
