After a long period without trying it, we have opened a bottle of Itsasmendi 7 2006, a Mediterranean year due to the high summer temperatures. Fantastic !
He’s still alive, what a pleasant surprise.
In 2007 we wanted to represent the vintages with a photograph that represented the characteristics of that year. This is how the Itsasmendi 7 Bilduma project began, each year a different photographer freely captures what that year has represented for us.
Itsasmendi 7 is a txakoli that elegantly transmits the variables that occur in each vintage and has a high aging capacity.
