We share with you the plot of this photo.
There are many wounds caused by the situation experienced by Covid in 2020 and 2021,
not only at an economic level but also at a psychological level and in the organizational structures
of companies.
Wounds always generate scars that we tend to hide and not want to show, even though they should accompany us throughout our lives. However, they are part of our being and repairing them as something valuable makes us who we are. They are the mirror that reflects what we are, what we were and what we have been through. From imperfections comes the true beauty of each one, different, unique and extraordinary.
Kintsugi is an art from Japan that repairs broken vases by filling the cracks with gold resin. A metaphor that teaches us that we must celebrate the scars of life, embracing the imperfections and showing off the beauty they emanate. Identity is found in experience and it is up to us to choose to paint our broken pieces gold and turn them into our banner. Filling the cracks and accentuating the beauty of what made us suffer by showing them with pride, in overcoming, from each one’s story, their struggles and their inner strengths.
Something that was once broken but now has a story to show off and tell. Scars as a way to learn and overcome.
